Accordingly, RE/MAX ELITE EL SALVADOR recognizes as its own only those operations, activities, services or communications carried out directly by its authorized legal entity in El Salvador through its official channels. We therefore assume no responsibility for operations, business dealings, investments, fundraising, real estate brokerage or any other activity carried out by natural or legal persons outside our organization, even when they use an identical or similar name, within or outside Salvadoran territory.
All activities carried out by RE/MAX ELITE EL SALVADOR are limited to the provision of real estate brokerage services in El Salvador, in accordance with the legislation applicable in the Republic of El Salvador.
